Small Batch is a whiskey bar with an all-vegetarian and vegan menu set in a century old historic repurposed Ford Model T Showcase room.

The chefs at Small Batch work with What Chefs Want, Farmstead Foods and Ozark Forest Mushrooms to source fresh, local, and sustainable produce during the growing season.  As a vegetarian restaurant with several vegan options, Small Batch’s environmental impact is lower than their meat-centric counterparts. That is due to the air, land, and water quality issues, and climate change impacts that are attributed to red meat.

Small Batch is housed in an old Model T car dealership; repurposing a historic building with charm and unique vintage touches,  from the original dealership mirror over the bar down to the tile on the floor!  LED lights, thermal insulated windows and doors, and Energy Star rated appliances help keep the older building running efficiently, reducing their emissions, and keeping their energy bills low.

Small Batches uses Fair Trade Organic spirits such as FAIR vodka and reuses liquor bottles for batched mixers. Tea is sourced from Big Heart Tea Co, and their coffee is sourced from Goshen Coffee Roasters.

Small Batch participates in Operation Food Search’s Tomato Explosion, helping to support those who are food insecure while showcasing the best local produce available.

Come to Small Batch the next time you’re visiting Grand Center, perfect for casual hang-outs, private parties, date nights, cocktail hours, or simply a relaxing evening spent enjoying a pour of your choice of whiskey or Fair Trade spirits and a meat-free meal. Small batches big impacts.
